6. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from S S WAREHOUSING. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged during transit, you can request a refund by sending a email to admin@sswarehousing.com. And the refund will be processed in 7 Working Days to their respective Bank AC.
  • Order Not Confirmed: In case your order was not confirmed due to technical issues, and the amount was deducted from your account, we will process a refund promptly. And the refund will be processed in 7 Working Days to their respective Bank AC.

7. Exempted Goods and Services

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Software Licenses: Once a software license key has been issued, it cannot be refunded.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-refundable.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund:

  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our friendly customer support team within 1 day of receiving the product. Provide your order details and explain the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a return authorization number.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ship it back to us using a reliable courier service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Tangible Good :

      If the electronic appliance you receive is damaged, defective, or the packaging appears to be opened :
    • The replacement process will be promptly initiated.
    • The timeline for this replacement is determined and communicated in adherence to the specified schedule in the shipping timelines.

9. Shipping Timeline

Orders for electronic appliances are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. The standard shipping timelines for each product category are as follows:

LED TVs, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, and Dishwashers:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Microwave Ovens, Coolers, and Music Systems:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.

Please note that these timelines are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and unforeseen logistical challenges.

Real-time order tracking is not applicable for electronic appliance shipments at the moment. To enhance your experience, upon dispatch of your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation via WhatsApp containing comprehensive product details and an estimated delivery time.

11. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
